Gemma Lin ~ the original Bad Mama~San. Born in the remote rustic Taiwanese fishing village of Yehliu, she worked for a Yakuza Bar in Tokyo.
She’s our Chef & Artist ~ putting the “Bad” into “Mama”. Our token Papa~San is Adam Hunt, Gemma’s husband & Co~Artistic Conspirator.
He prefers to stay in the dark shadows.
